Important Information

United Day- We will be having United Day on Wednesday. The theme of the day is Pajama Day! All money raised will go to Covenant House, and as always, an extra $1 for popcorn.

  • ORDER UPDATES:

    • Growing Smiles Order Pick up is at the Parish Advent Bazaar on Saturday, November 25th from 9:30am - 1:30pm.

    • Neufeld Farms Order pick up is scheduled for November 30th at 4:30pm.

  • ACTIVE FUNDRAISERS:

  • RETURN-IT BOTTLE REFUND PROGRAM:

All you need to do is visit any Return-It Express Location and enter the CCS phone number (604) 574-5151 at the kiosk. Print your labels, stick them on your empties & help CCS!


Parent Participation Weekly Report:
Families, we are nearly three months into the school year, how are your hours looking? Are you on track to complete your hours by the deadline of May 31st, 2024.  If not, please check the onVolunteers website regularly.  Last minute tasks are always available. The Parish will need help to run the Christmas bazaar this weekend on November 25th.

Also, per the parent participation policy, kindly submit any ad hoc tasks within one month of completion in order for it to be approved.  Anything submitted past that date, and approval is at the discretion of the coordinator.

  • Have you had your family picture with Santa?  In conjunction with the Parish bazaar this weekend (Nov 25th) there will be a Knights of Columbus sponsored Santa photo booth. Bring your own camera.

    Pictures $2/person or $5/whole family or 5 photos

    When? Where? 

    1st sitting is 10:30-11:15am 

    2nd sitting is 12-12:45pm

    All funds raised will go to the parish maintenance replacement of the 27 year old heater. We appreciate your support.
