*Please note sports practices will not be put on the Friday Feed as there are often changes made by coaches that may not be reflected in the Friday Feed. Please go by your coaches information. All games, first and last practices of the season will be on the Friday Feed as well as on the google calendar.


Important Information

  • Walkathon:
    -
    We have raised $13, 450.00 so far! Keep the collections coming! A reminder that our goal is $20,000 for this year. Only a handful of prizes have been donated for our prize giveaway. Please consider a prize donation if you are able to.
    -
    Please indicate if the pledge is an online pledge, a cash donation or a check (made out to Precious Blood Parish).
    -Please be reminded that only donations of $20 and more are eligible for a tax receipt. Attached is a sample pledge from for you to look at that covers the 3 scenarios mentioned above.
    -pledge forms and collections can be brought to school starting Monday.

  • United Day is on Wednesday! We will be having a Halloween Colours dress down day (NOT a costume day) with proceeds going to the Archdiocese’s Truth and Reconciliation collection. This is a system wide collection and so we ask that you please consider a small donation. Popcorn will be for sale as well for an extra $1. Students may wear halloween colours, halloween accessories…

  • Agape Street Ministry candy collection- if you have any leftover halloween candy please bring them to the school office and we will donate them to Agape.

  • Virtual 3 Way conferences sign up- PLease click here to sign up for 3 Way Conferences that are happening on November 3, 4, 5. Please be reminded that Friday, November 5 is a non-instructional day for students.

  • Treats from home- Please be reminded that as per COVID health and safety protocols, there are to be no food treats brought to school to share. If you choose to send treat bags for the class (birthday, Halloween…) please make sure there are no food items. Food items will be sent home again.

  • Teacher Award for Excellence- Nominations are open for candidates for the 2021 Prime Minister’s Teacher Award for Excellence. If you feel strongly about nominating one of our exceptional CCS teachers, please follow this link

  • COVID 19 contact tracing poster attached to the bottom of this memo to give a visual of how contact tracing happens in schools should there be an exposure.

    REVISED BUDGET: 2021/2022 ANNUAL GOAL FOR PFG $60,000

    This years fundraising amount will go towards the following initiatives; technology upgrades (replacing outdated Chromebooks  & iPad), sports & music equipment, special programs, activities and workshops that align with the new curriculum topics/areas.
