9:00am- School Mass led by Gr. 4L
Grade 6 girls basketball tournament at JP2 Academy (depart at 9:45am)
3:00pm- Gr. 6/7 boys home games vs Star of the Sea (back to back games)

Important Information

Foodbank Mass:
Due to the school closure and high absentee rate today, our foodbank collection was minimal. We will also run foodbank mass next Friday.

Snow Safety:
Students have been reminded that there is to be no throwing of snow for safety reasons. We take this very seriously, and any students who choose to ignore this rule will be given a consequence. Please remind your child(ren) at home as well about this rule before they come on Monday. Please also ensure that your child(ren) are dressed appropriately for the weather.

Reporting Absences:
Please ensure that your report your child(ren)’s absences using the online absentee form found on the website, emailing the school or calling. We had several students absent today without notice, which left Mrs. Jangula having to spend a long time calling all the parents.

Return-It Bottle Refund Program:
All you need to do is visit any Return-It Express Location and enter the CCS phone number (604) 574-5151 at the kiosk. Print your labels, stick them on your empties & help CCS!

Parent Participation Weekly Report:
Families, please check your onvolunteers accounts to see how many hours you have completed. We are more than half way through the program. The deadline to complete hours is May 31st 2024. For those short on hours, please check the website regularly. If you are having trouble finding tasks that fit within the school week, remember that volunteer work done at the Parish will also count towards the program.
