Important Information

Walkathon 2023:
We have all the money and pledge sheets in and will be sharing our grand total and awarding prizes at Tuesday’s assembly. A heartfelt thank you to all families for your hard work with helping us raise money!

Late Pick-ups:
Please note that if your child(ren) is still not picked up by the last pick up time (20 minutes after dismissal), they will be sent to the after-school care in the library and parents charged the $15 drop in fee. We recognize that there are times when you might be running late, and if that is the case please call us and let us know. This applies to our students that are always being picked up late.

Christmas play practices:
Please refer to Mrs. Hosein’s communication for practice days and times. Typically they will be held Monday (music room)and Friday (Gym) after school and Thursday as needed.

Return-It Bottle Refund Program:

All you need to do is visit any Return-It Express Location and enter the CCS phone number (604) 574-5151 at the kiosk. Print your labels, stick them on your empties & help CCS!

Parent Participation Weekly Report:
Families, please add parentparticipation@cloverdalecatholicschool.ca to your contact list.  Emails regarding hours completed and projected amount owing will be sent out shortly. It is your responsibility to keep track of your hours and email the coordinator if something is amiss.  

Reminder that parent participation hours are due by May 31, 2024.  34 regular hours and 6 maintenance hours for a total of 40 hours.  Non completion rates are $30 per missed regular hour and $60 per missed maintenance hour.

Please take personal responsibility and attend the volunteer shifts you have registered for.  The school depends on parent support to help with daily operational needs, not to mention provide safety for the children.  A "no show" without prior notification to the coordinator will result in a $25 fee per missed shift.
