We also have crocheted poppies handmade by one of our parents available for $5.

3 Way Conferences:

Please ensure that you have signed up for the 3 Way conferences next week. Parents are expected to attend this as part of the reporting process.
Please sign up for your child(ren)’s 3 way conference here.

Spirit Wear Day:
Please remember that it is Spirit Wear on top and regular uniform bottoms and shoes.

Athletics:

Basketball season starts next week

Fielding basketball teams from grades, five, six and seven requires a lot of specialized skills and training for our teams to be successful.  Please make it a priority to attend every practice.  We cannot guarantee participation in games without players, who have attained certain skills and understand the concepts taught at practice. Practises will begin next week.  Just runners and PE strip are required. The following link contains the details of our practice days for each grade and their sponsor coaches.

Parent Participation Weekly Report:
Families, kindly sign in legibly with both your first and last name on the clipboard and/or sign in book.  Task verification is difficult when names are not easy to decipher.  If submitting an ad hoc request, it is important to include as much detail as possible. Vague requests will require more investigation and slow the verification process.  Alternatively, if a sign in sheet is not available, email the coordinator to verify attendance. Lastly,  parent hours are typically approved twice a month.  Please be patient while waiting for hours to be approved.

The Parish is looking for regular volunteers who can commit to facilitating the Liturgy of the Word for children at the Sunday 11am mass.  Please follow the link to register.
